DevOps Engineer (Azure)
Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Azure) to drive automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, ensuring stable and scalable enterprise environments.
The customer is a prominent international company specializing in real estate investments and development, focusing on commercial properties like shopping centers. Operating across Central and Eastern Europe, it is known for strategic acquisitions, expansion, and innovation in property management. The company uses advanced technologies to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences, ensuring long-term value across its assets.
The project focuses on automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environments.
Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining classic Azure DevOps pipelines using the graphical user interface (logical forms).
Automatinh builds, testing, deployments, and rollbacks across ERP and CE environments.
Ensuring predictable, repeatable, and stable release processes.
Working with Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC) — branching, merging, labeling, and
Integrating Application Insights and Azure Monitor with DevOps pipelines.
Configuring real-time alerts and dashboards for proactive monitoring.
Collecting performance, failure, and availability data for operational insights.
Monitoring Windows services and background processes.
Deploying and managing ERP packages via Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).
Governing Customer Engagement environments via Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
Building automated workflows using Power Automate (cloud flows, scheduled flows).
Supporting Dual-write configuration for real-time data synchronization between ERP and CE.
Establishing database backup schedules.
Performing database restores to support rollbacks and release validation.
Conducting full environment backups before major changes.
Documenting and validating rollback and recovery procedures.
Supporting environment upgrades following Microsoft One Version strategy.
Documenting pipelines, automation scripts, runbooks, and governance processes.
Conducting knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.
Must-haves:
Experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or automation roles for 3 years.
Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud providers.
Strong experience with Azure DevOps Classic and YAML pipelines (UI / logical forms)
Experience with Git, understanding branching strategies, version control, and release of gates.
Solid knowledge of Azure services: Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, Blob Storage, Azure SQL.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate (building cloud flows, scheduled workflows, integrations).
Experience with Windows Server: Managing services, Task Scheduler, troubleshooting.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) — deploying packages, managing environments.
Basic understanding of Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation habits.
Good communication skills for remote collaboration and knowledge transfer.
Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Dual-write integration.
Familiarity with Power Apps or Dataverse.
Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
SQL Server backup and restore procedures.
Experience with Team Foundation Version Control (TFVC) — branching, merging, and labeling.
