Business/System Analyst with expertise in healthcare

Responsibilities:  

- Identifying stakeholders and eliciting requirements; 

- Dividing business requirements into parts, decomposing them to a manageable level, and communicating them to the development team; 

- Analyzing and specifying requirements during the development process; 

- Keeping up to date project specifications for knowledge sharing between project teams and requirements reuse; 

- Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed project solution; 

- Analyzing risks and causes of errors in system development; 

- Assisting with communication between project teams, improving transparency, and radiating information; 

- Maintain and improve requirement management; 

- Supporting product owners with backlog refinement by ensuring integration user stories are appropriately captured; 

- Advising and integrating business analysis techniques standards; 

- Helping to maintain the roadmap and conducting appropriate gap analysis; 

- Closely working with project teams and technical specialists to ensure successful project delivery. 

Must-haves: 

- Experience as a Business/System Analyst for 3+ years; 

- Participation in the Discovery phases; 

- Extensive knowledge of business analysis practices and techniques; 

- Hands on with Agile methodology; 

- Familiar with business process modeling (BPM/UML) and prototyping; 

- Experience with medical device integration; 

- Experience with the systems that include a huge number of third-party services: working with patients, their data, etc.; 

- Experience with EMR, EHR, GDPR, HIPAA; 

- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Experience as a System Analyst. 

- Proven work experience in medical institutions or healthcare facilities. 

- Experience as HealthCare Analyst for 2+ years.

- Experience as a System Analyst.
