UX Designer – Fast Prototyping & AI-Enhanced Design

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated UX Designer with a passion for fast prototyping and AI-powered design workflows. You will work on shaping the UI of a complex educational platform, building and testing user experiences in an agile, metrics-driven way.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly create UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma Make, and other AI-driven tools• Independently explore and develop early design concepts (“solo threads”)

• Test and measure prototypes with user groups and stakeholders to gather insights and validate design decisions

• Transition validated components into cooperation with the platform team, ensuring scalability and consistency

• Work in short cycles, focusing on speed, measurable impact, and iteration

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating fast prototyping and design for complex systems (preferably in education, SaaS, or data-heavy domains) self-service solutions, self-explanatory

• Hands-on experience with Figma Make and AI-powered design/automation tools• Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative product team

• Metrics-driven mindset: experience with usability testing, A/B testing, or other measurable feedback loops• High motivation to deliver quickly, explore new models of design work, and push boundaries with AI-driven design
