Technical Leader - IAM Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM Developer with strong skills in Go, who will design and implement Identity & Access Management solutions and gradually take on leadership responsibilities. Over time, this person will take on more technical leadership tasks, including helping build a team and making architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IAM components and integrations using Go.

• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).

• Integrate IAM systems with applications and services (APIs, microservices).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy and roadmap.

• Drive architectural decisions and promote best practices across the team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Go.

• Experience working with Keycloak or similar IAM platforms.

• Solid understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).

• Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles.

• Strong knowledge of software design principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
