Senior Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Developer to support the development of modern data and analytics solutions. The role involves working across the full reporting and data preparation process — from understanding business needs, through shaping and organising data, to delivering clear, meaningful dashboards and analytical insights. This position requires independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI.

• Support data preparation, modelling and integration processes within the Microsoft environment.

• Create clear, consistent and user-friendly dashboards, analyses and reports.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytical outputs.

• Ensure accuracy, reliability and consistency of data used for reporting.

• Contribute to improving reporting workflows and data processes.

• Document work and maintain reporting assets in a structured, maintainable way.

Requirements

• Professional experience working with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

• Strong understanding of data concepts such as modelling, cleansing and basic ETL/ELT.

• Ability to work independently and manage a full-time workload.

• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.

• Analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into reporting solutions.

• Readiness to start on short notice (flexibility available for experienced candidates).
