MS Dynamics 365 Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer responsible for development, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the organization. The role involves both hands‑on development and active collaboration with business stakeholders and analysts during the entire implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple business areas

• Direct cooperation with business stakeholders during analysis and implementation

• Modeling and documenting business processes during system rollout

• Running workshops and working closely with business and technical analysts

• Defining new cross‑department collaboration paths and process flows

• Developing functionalities based on prepared requirements

• Writing and maintaining code (C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL)

• Creating extensions and customizations in Dynamics 365

• Integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems (REST, OData, web services)

• Optimizing existing functionalities and providing user support

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer

• Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or F&O)

• C# / .NET

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• SQL Server

• Experience working with business teams and in system implementations

• Ability to work in Agile environments

• Strong communication skills

• Readiness for full engagement and mandatory paid overtime

Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics AX (2012 / AX7)

• Experience with Dynamics GP

• Experience with migration projects in the Dynamics environment

• Power Platform knowledge

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑400, MB‑300, MB‑600)
