Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures. The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Help Desk team in the daily handling of requests,

• Solving basic technical issues and escalating more complex cases,

• Handling tickets in a ticketing system and ensuring proper documentation,

• Assisting with software and license management (records and updates),

• Creating and updating user documentation and IT instructions,

• Communicating and cooperating with all company departments as part of ongoing IT support,

• Cooperating with the HR Department to efficiently support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparing equipment and system access).

Requirements

• Very good command of English,

• Jira administration skills

• Very well-developed communication and interpersonal skills,

• Basic knowledge of IT, Windows operating systems, Office 365,

• Ability to work with ticketing systems,

• Ability to solve IT-related problems

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills,

• Availability to work in Wrocław,

• Availability for on-call support when required

Nice to have:

• Student or graduate of an IT-related field,

• Basic knowledge of Linux and MacOS systems
