Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / IT Business Architect to join our team and support the design and delivery of advanced IT solutions, including AI-driven initiatives. This role combines business analysis, solution design, and presales engagement in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

You will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders, understanding complex business needs, and translating them into effective IT solutions. We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills, is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and can quickly adapt to new business domains. A proactive approach, independence in leading presales activities, and a strong client focus with the ability to build lasting relationships are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with potential clients to identify business needs and opportunities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements

• Translate business requirements into solution concepts and high-level architectures

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define optimal solutions

• Analyze data architecture in a debt collection environment

• Review existing databases and understand how data is processed across systems

• Assess datasets for potential use in AI implementation projects

• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and compliance requirements

• Prepare scope of work, solution proposals and process diagrams using UML or BPMN

• Contribute to RFP and RFI responses as well as project estimations

• Support sales activities through presentations and demos

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst in an IT environment

• Proven experience in presales activities including offer creation and project estimation

• Strong skills in conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Ability to translate business needs into structured solution concepts

• Good understanding of application architecture including integration patterns, microservices, API-first approach and cloud-based systems

• Experience in creating technical and business documentation

• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish

Nice to have

• Knowledge of legal tech solutions

• Understanding of debt collection processes

• Experience in high-volume customer service environments such as self-service platforms, contact centers or BPM systems

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Miro

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, ERP or PIM domains

• Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as .NET or Node.js or frontend technologies such as React or Angular

• Experience in estimating project effort and costs

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, IIBA or PMI-PBA
