Fullstack Developer – Mobile & Backend

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in hybrid mobile app development and backend services. You will work on cross-platform apps using Angular and Capacitor, develop secure native integrations with Ionic Vault and plugins, and build robust backend services in Java (Quarkus-based microservices).

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Angular, Capacitor, and Ionic.
2. Integrate native device functionalities using Capacitor plugins and Ionic Vault.
3. Implement backend services with Java and Quarkus, focusing on scalability and performance.
4. Collaborate with mobile and backend developers, UX designers, and product owners.
5. Ensure secure storage and encrypted communication on mobile devices.
6. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
7. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
2. Strong experience with Angular, Capacitor, and hybrid mobile frameworks.
3. Good knowledge of Java, especially with Quarkus and microservice architectures.
4. Experience with Ionic Vault and other Capacitor native plugins.
5. Familiarity with mobile security best practices (e.g., secure storage, encryption, biometric auth).
6. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
7. Experience with Git, CI/CD tools.
8. Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with native iOS/Android development (e.g., Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
2. Familiarity with monitoring tools, crash reporting, and app performance optimization.
3. Understanding of financial services or regulated industry compliance is beneficial.
4. German language skills are an advantage.
