Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Science / Machine Learning specialist to provide short-term consulting support (a few hours of engagement).

Scope:
Analyze deviations between planned and actual execution times in manufacturing processes and identify the key factors driving these discrepancies. Available data includes information such as employee profiles (tenure, training), historical performance, workstations, and process parameters.

Responsibilities

• analyze available data and assess its quality/completeness

• identify key factors influencing time deviations

• propose an analytical approach (statistical model or ML)

• interpret results and explain root causes of deviations

• assess feasibility and potential risks

• recommend next steps

Requirements

• experience in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning

• ability to interpret models (explainability)

Nice to have

• experience with manufacturing data or MES systems
