We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in change management to join our team. Our client, a leading global healthcare organization, is undergoing a significant transformation as they implement new Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of COTS tool implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan that addresses the impacts of the new tools on stakeholders, processes, and systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and end-users, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful adoption of the new tools.
  • Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs and support materials to facilitate user adoption and minimize resistance to change.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of the change management efforts and provide regular updates to leadership on project progress.


If you possess...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven project and change management experience, preferably within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of COTS tools and their implementation processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on results and continuous improvement.
