Program Manager

For our client - a global payments company, processing billions of issuer transactions annually for the world's leading fintechs, digital banks, and embedded finance providers - we are looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing the data migration. 

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Daily discussions with stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and setting dates for workshops, tests, etc. Communication of scopes, timelines, risks, changes. Establishing relationships with stakeholders is key to this role.
• Program management: Create plans for projects under the program. Detecting project dependencies. Create alignment across multiple teams. Detect, assess and communicate risks within the organization. Create release strategies to align with dependent products and the organization's needs. Having a broad knowledge of project management is needed to create plans, scopes, budgets for individual projects within the program
• Team aligning: Synchronize the priorities of several teams.
• Consistently maintain high-quality customer communication
• Readiness for occasional travel to the client in UK

If you possess...

• Experience with program management (preferably in IT projects).
• Experience in managing multiple teams
• Experience with working with data engineering teams
• High skills in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
• English: C1
• Understanding of data-related topics like Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL processes, etc.
