For our client, founded in 1945 and the global leader in eye care, specializing in developing, manufacturing, and marketing surgical equipment, contact lenses, and vision care products we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Support Engineer.

Our client become a major player in the ophthalmology industry, providing innovative solutions for eye diseases and vision correction. Their product portfolio includes cataract surgery equipment, intraocular lenses, and a wide range of contact lenses.


Responsibilities:


  • Tracking the Service Now queue
  • Triaging issues
  • Gathering missing information from end users
  • Opening Jira tickets for the development team
  • Coordinating communication with end users to close them
  • Reporting status


If you possess...


  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce or Salesforce support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English (Professional Level spoken and written)
