We’re looking for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in virtualization technologies and infrastructure automation. In this role, you'll help design, manage, and optimize internal cloud platforms – ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, automate infrastructure delivery, and support ongoing operations across a large virtualized environment.

What you’ll do

• Plan and manage capacity and performance of virtual environments (vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vROPS).
• Design and implement infrastructure automation using tools like vRealize Automation, Ansible, Terraform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain platform stability.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements, migrations, and delivery of new features.
• Support internal users and handle platform-related inquiries.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter, vROPS, NSX).
• Strong skills in capacity management, performance tuning, and infrastructure scaling.
• Solid experience with infrastructure as code & automation (vRealize Automation, Ansible, Git, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
