Manual tester

Hi! We are looking for a manual tester – ETL

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw

Work model: Hybrid – approx. 4 times per month in the office

Start date: ASAP

Your Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements from a testability perspective

• Design and execute test cases for ETL solutions, monitor results, and evaluate quality

• Identify, gather, and manage test data

• Assist Test Manager in the creation of test plans and related documentation

• Analyse, design, and conduct tests

• Perform regression testing by identifying minimal yet effective test sets

• Report and track ETL-related issues and collaborate on resolution

• Execute tests across all phases of the test lifecycle

• Document test outcomes to ensure traceability and compliance

• Maintain high quality and accuracy through all test and deployment stages

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and testing best practices

• Practical experience in end-to-end software testing

• Deep understanding of test methods, environments, and strategies

• Ability to write, execute, and maintain test cases

• Familiarity with identifying common ETL run failures and test environment issues

• Strong communication and reporting skills (written and spoken English – professional level)

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field

• Proactive and collaborative team player with a flexible mindset

• Ability to adapt to change and follow defined procedures

Tools & Technology Experience

• Test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, qTest – basic level)

• Familiarity with ETL tools and processes (professional level)

• Understanding of enterprise IT environments and testing in integration-heavy contexts
