About the role

You will join a team responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT risk and compliance activities within a complex enterprise environment. Your mission will be to ensure security and compliance across a wide range of systems and technologies. You will collaborate closely with application specialists, infrastructure teams, and global security stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and alignment with internal and external audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage IT risk and compliance tasks within the team

• Act as the main point of contact for internal audits, security requests, and compliance reports

• Coordinate mitigation efforts related to software incompliance and obsolete technologies (e.g. outdated Java, Python, OS versions)

• Maintain oversight of cybersecurity and application-level risk postures

• Track and manage actions from audits

• Ensure compliance with IT Security Baseline

• Lead and support onboarding processes

• Monitor and ensure compliance in areas such as cryptography, logging, password policy, and monitoring practices

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure full lifecycle compliance (e.g. software updates, containers scanning, data risk handling)

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in IT risk management and security compliance

• General IT background, with understanding of networks, software lifecycle, and infrastructure

• Knowledge of common security tools and frameworks (SAST, IVC, penetration testing, ITSBC, etc.)

• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage diverse tasks

• Ability to prioritize, lead, and drive actions to closure

• Fluent English – both spoken and written

• Proactive mindset and ownership attitude

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. banking, finance)

• Knowledge of DevOps culture and tooling
