Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies, ensuring alignment with the target architecture to enable sustainable solutions.

• Elicit both functional and non-functional requirements by working closely with various stakeholders, including architects, developers, testers, business representatives, and legal teams.

• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for IT teams.

• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Take ownership of requirements documentation, including use cases, and continuously improve documentation quality.

• Support testers and developers within the team and across hubs.

• Verify developed solutions by reviewing and validating test results.

• Provide stakeholders with insights into the effectiveness and impact of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Technically savvy with a solid understanding of IT operations (experience in or with operations is a plus).

• Willingness and ability to support platform users (e.g., onboarding, troubleshooting); experience in support or training roles is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, deductive, and conceptual thinking skills.

• Proven ability to coordinate and drive work collaboratively with others.

• Experience working with processes and product development.

• Excellent written communication skills and experience in creating clear, structured documentation.

• Hands-on experience with both requirements gathering and testing.

• Ability to write test scripts using Robot Framework.

• Basic knowledge of API platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.

• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

• Understanding of PSD2, PSD3, and PSR regulations.
