Start date: ASAP (availability within max. 1 month)

Form of cooperation: B2B or CoE

First day onboarding at the client's office (Warsaw, Wrocław or Poznań)

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior IT Business System Analyst to join a long-term project for our banking client. You will be part of a key initiative focusing on client onboarding, ongoing due diligence, relationship management, and regulatory compliance (sanctions lists, PEP screening, risk assessment).

Responsibilities

• Conduct system analysis for client onboarding and relationship management processes

• Define and document requirements related to data verification (sanctions lists, PEP, risk scoring)

• Create and maintain analytical documentation using UML and BPMN

• Collaborate closely with business and development teams in an Agile environment

• Support integration processes (e.g., REST, RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Model data flows and processes in Enterprise Architect

Must Have

• 6–8 years of experience as IT Business/System Analyst

• Solid knowledge of Enterprise Architect

• Proficiency in BPMN and UML

• Experience with REST APIs, JIRA, Agile/Scrum

• Familiarity with customer data compliance processes (PEP, sanctions, risk profiling)

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Availability to work in hybrid mode (preferably based in Warsaw or Wrocław)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Kafka, GitLab, or AsyncAPI

• Background in regulatory/banking compliance projects
