Business Analyst

Location: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw or Łódź

Work model: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office starting September 2025

About the Project

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, Product Owner, and other analysts (internally and externally)

• Analyse and document business requirements (both functional and non-functional)

• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation and communication

• Validate business requirements with IT architecture and ensure proper alignment

• Draft and verify the quality of epic descriptions

• Break down epics into detailed features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Ensure consistency and completeness of business requirement descriptions

• Validate test cases against business requirements

• Validate reported bugs to confirm alignment with documented requirements

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong data analysis skills – mandatory

• Advanced-level business modelling

• Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Senior-level experience in configuration management

• Professional-level understanding of enterprise architecture

• Superior skills in business requirements analysis

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proven experience in system integrations

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Tools & Technology Experience

• Jira, Confluence, SharePoint (essential)

• Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM or qTest – a plus

• Understanding of complex IT ecosystems and integration-heavy environments
