Work model: remote with occasional visits to Warsaw or Kraków (optional but welcome)

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project delivery as a Business Analyst, SME, or similar role
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong competence in managing complex project dependencies on a large scale
• Independence and creativity in problem-solving
• Teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills across IT and business units
• Ability to evaluate and justify proposed changes or new functionalities (e.g., via business cases
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for solving problems and applying critical thinking
• Practical knowledge of creating visual documentation (e.g., process flows, functional scopes, dependencies) for Scrum Teams

Tools & Technologies:

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum
• Tools: UML, BPMN, Visio, Sparx, Draw.io, Miro, JIRA, Confluence
