Allegro’s development teams boast more than 1700 IT experts with various areas of specialisation, who work together to develop our service. Due to the unique scale and complexity of the problems that we solve each day, we have the opportunity to develop by taking up a wide variety of projects. At Allegro, we create mobile applications, build tools that facilitate posting, presenting and searching for listings, we develop components related to the purchasing process, payments, the billing process and fees as well as dispatching and tracking parcels. We design content and advertisement management tools and, for the purpose of analytics, we create and maintain data structures to support business teams with information.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience. You will be in charge of working with stakeholders to deliver value for users in Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary and the next new markets.

In your daily work, you will be primarily responsible for:
Strategic Product Definition and Ownership: Understanding critical user and business problems and translating them into measurable business objectives and strategic problems to be solved. You will take ownership of the entire problem space and solutions within your product area.
Continuous Discovery and Value Delivery: Leading the continuous Product Discovery and Delivery process, including proactive identification and validation of opportunities, as well as assessing the value, usability, feasibility, and viability of solutions to ensure successful implementation.
Team Leadership and Cross-functional Collaboration: Fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders and leading an empowered, cross-functional product team (Engineers, UX, Analysts, Researchers), providing clear strategic context and ensuring alignment on objectives.
Accountability for Outcomes: Focusing on achieving defined business outcomes rather than just delivering features, and proactively monitoring and improving key product performance indicators (KPIs) and user experience.
We are looking for people with:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (product discovery, creating product strategy, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
Ability to see the product through the eyes of the users and understand their needs.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Experience in AI/ML solutions (not a must, but beneficial given our strategic direction to leverage AI for data extraction, enrichment, compliance, and name quality assessment)
