Main Responsibilities
The Business Application Administrator will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our new back margin system - a core process that directly impacts vendor collaboration, settlements and margin optimization. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business teams, IT and the external vendor, ensuring smooth communication and effective solutions.
You will be hands-on in system configuration, data alignment, integration support and resolving application-level issues. During implementation, you will support testing, onboarding and go-live activities; and later take ownership of daily operations, user access and data quality. Over time, you will drive continuous improvements, help scale the solution and ensure it delivers long-term business value.
Your main responsibilities:
system configuration, monitoring and administration
user and access management
business user support (1st line), vendor coordination and collaboration with IT and integration teams
participation in testing and deployments
process optimisation and continuous improvement
work independently and effectively engage with business stakeholders.
conduct business analysis to identify needs and propose effective solutions.
collaborate with international stakeholders in Polish and English.
This is the right job for you if:
understand retail margin management processes (e.g. vendor settlements, rebates, back margin) and have an ability to translate business needs into system configurations and improvements
have an experience as a business application owner, driving collaboration with many different stakeholders.
can identify problems and propose effective solutions.
can communicate analysis results and recommendations in an engaging and intuitive way.
can communicate in Polish (C1) and English (B2+).
Nice to have:
Experience working with low-code applications
Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP)
