About pdfFiller team:
We are a passionate and ambitious team of 120+ people on a mission to succeed with our online PDF creator and editor – pdfFiller.
pdfFiller empowers over 10 million users every month to create and edit PDFs, send them for signing, and securely store documents within a single application. Offering unlimited storage, unlimited templates, and cross-platform integration, pdfFiller is the only PDF editor needed to get your document done.
And now, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the mobile product experience for pdfFiller. Our team ensures users can easily manage and interact with PDF documents on any mobile device. Your focus areas will include core mobile PDF functionality, optimized mobile UX, and innovation through mobile technology.

What you'll be working on:
Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog, aligned with broader airSlate goals
Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve product OKRs
Drive hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and post-launch analysis
Conduct user interviews and leverage feedback to improve product UX
Partner closely with analytics to monitor and optimize funnel performance
Collaborate with engineering, UX, support, marketing, and leadership teams
Participate actively in planning, grooming, and strategy sessions
What we expect from you:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
2+ years of proven success building and improving mobile apps (ideally for SaaS products)
Strong grasp of user acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
Experience with backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning
Comfortable running A/B tests and data-driven product development
Skilled in conducting user research and customer interviews
Deep understanding of product funnels and SaaS KPIs
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
High level of ownership and a track record of delivering impact
English proficiency (B2+)
