Type of Work: Hybrid (1 day in the office/month)
- Improve user flows to increase conversion rates and enhance the overall user experience.
- Improve the user experience of our funnels based on requirements and your own initiatives.
- Support the development of web views for the mobile app, ensuring seamless integration and a consistent experience across platforms.
- Work closely with designers, the localization team, and other stakeholders to deliver the best possible user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand customer needs and influence product direction.
- Set up and manage A/B tests to validate ideas and improve performance.
- Gradually enhance and suggest improvements to the architecture of our applications to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Promote good engineering practices and help raise the bar for code quality and team standards.
- Review code contributed by your team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Commercial experience in building and maintaining web applications with React.
- Very good knowledge of TypeScript, React, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Very good knowledge of the latest JavaScript standards and experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with backend technologies, preferably Ruby on Rails
- Eagerness to work with different technologies and languages and learn new things.
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Experience with tools like ELK/Grafana and Sentry
