Job description

We’re  looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to spearhead the design strategy for our acquisition initiatives, with a strong focus on website optimization and conversion. This role is pivotal in driving company growth by maximizing the effectiveness of our digital touchpoints.

Youll lead the design of our websites and guide users seamlessly into claiming funnels, sales funnels, and app downloads. Collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams, you’ll create high-converting user experiences — from initial website interaction to successful product adoption.

As the design lead, you’ll bring strategic vision, customer and data-driven insights, and leadership to enhance our acquisition channels. You’ll be instrumental in how we attract, engage, and convert users, with a particular focus on the website as a primary conversion driver. You’ll also identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize our digital presence, streamline user journeys from the website, and significantly impact our app download and sales funnel conversion rates.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end design for product acquisition, with a primary focus on website design and optimization to drive conversions into claiming funnels, sales funnels, and app downloads.

  • Define and drive design strategy for the website and conversion pathways in partnership with product and marketing leadership — shaped by analytics, user insights, and A/B testing to create  a compelling vision and roadmap for acquisition.

  • Mentor and support designers within the acquisition team, fostering a data-driven, iterative design culture focused on website and conversion optimization.

  • Optimize website conversion funnels by designing intuitive user flows, strong calls to action, landing pages, and sign-up processes that directly lead to claiming funnels, sales funnels, and app downloads, and minimize friction.

  • Translate website data and user research into actionable design improvements, continuously iterating to enhance acquisition and conversion rates.

  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, using website analytics, A/B test results, and rationale to justify design choices and align on priorities.

  • Champion design operations for acquisition, establishing tools, workflows, and best practices to improve the efficiency and quality  of the website and funnel optimization.

  • Own website performance metrics related to conversion, including click-through rates to claiming funnels, sales funnel entry rates, and app download initiations from the website.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role focused on user acquisition, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.

  • A proven ability to design and optimize websites as primary conversion drivers, leading users into claiming funnels, sales funnels, and app downloads.

  • Expertise in A/B testing, website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), user research, and data-informed design decision-making.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional website design quality, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on conversion from websites to various funnels and app downloads.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — you can effectively explain website design rationale and data insights to influence stakeholders.

  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with marketing and engineering teams on website and conversion strategies.

  • A mastery of Figma, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and other relevant design and optimization tools for websites and conversion funnels.

  • A passion for helping other designers thrive — through mentoring, data-driven feedback on website performance, and leading by example.

  • Business-level fluency in English.

Perks and benefits:

  • Private healthcare.

  • Flexible benefits: gym membership, personal education, childcare, public transportation, or leisure travel subsidy.

  • Annual travel allowance.

  • Work from anywhere for up to 2 weeks/year.

  • Language classes.

  • Personalized progression plan.

  • Internal training programs and knowledge-sharing events.

  • Unlimited, free use of AirHelp’s services.

  • Office commute and lunch subsidy.

  • Access to mindfulness and well-being platform (Mindgram).

  • Team days and Parties.
