Job description

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer eager to build impactful products and develop new features used by millions of people worldwide. If you thrive in a highly collaborative environment that values ownership and initiative, we’d love to hear from you! 


Your work will involve working on solutions helping in managing business flows, handling documents and communication, supporting our legal team, and ensuring smooth compensation payments to our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Build new services and improve existing ones with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that is easy to manage.
  • Design solutions architecture and propose technical improvements.
  • Promote best engineering practices and high coding standards within the team.
  • Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Provide constructive feedback through code reviews and mentor other engineers.



Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  • A few years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js (experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, or Go is a plus).
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as React.
  • Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern design patterns and ability to implement them effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with test-driven development and writing automated tests.
  • A high level of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to understand complex business cases and translate them into working software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with tools like ELK/Grafana and Sentry.
  • Experience with React Hook Form, Zustand/Valtio, Zod, TanStack libraries
  • Experience with Tailwind, Chakra UI, React Aria
  • Experience with Turborepo, Vitest, Vite, Hono
