As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a CRM Campaign Expert ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns using SFMC.

• Leverage AMPscript and dynamic content blocks to deliver personalization.

• Collaborate with Data, Product, and UX teams to define customer segments and lifecycle journeys.

• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous iteration.

• Develop Best Next Action approach and event management.

• Monitor control CRM customers funnels.

• Ensure all communications comply with regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).

• Support the integration of SFMC with banking systems and customer data platforms.

Skills you should have

• A holder of 3+ years of experience in CRM/Marketing (Outbound/Inbound campaigns), including the Salesforce ecosystem (SFMC/MCP).

• Ability to work with customer data and predictive modelling.

• Deep understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management, personalization (segment of one) and segmentation.

• Ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies.

• Knowledge of methodologies: A/B testing, Best Next Action/Offer, Event (Triggers) management.

• A projects/product development experience. Vendor cooperation experience.

• High execution skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.

• Knowledge of retail banking products.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technical, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Fluency in Polish and English.
