- Create AI-driven automations for internal purposes
- The ideal candidate is an experienced individual, who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up.
- Will support our software developers and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
- The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing or even re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
- Building pipelines for AI and algorithmic models
- Develop a comprehensive plan and implementation involving data ingestion, transformation, storage, and access control
- Build scalable and reusable frameworks for efficient data ingestion.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline by implementing robust validation and cleansing mechanisms.
- Work with event-based and streaming technologies for real-time data processing.
- Provide technical leadership and support, addressing technical challenges and guiding the team during migration and post-migration phases.
- Stay current with advancements in cloud computing, data engineering, and analytics technologies to recommend best practices and industry standards for data lake implementations.

- Starting from 20.000 - 30.000 PLN/month +VAT on a B2B contract

- At least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Experience in working with Azure, GCP, (optional - Databricks)
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- At least bachelor degree in STEM; preferably computer science
- Strong background in data modeling and source system analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python
- Ability to perform data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for designing and constructing data flows
- Experience with data visualization and exploration tools
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data science solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Effective team player with outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
