UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced full-time UX/UI Designer to join our company in Warsaw and help us create extraordinary products for our clients. You will be responsible for designing our web and mobile applications' user experience and interface from concept to launch. You will also conduct user research, create user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and test your designs with real users. You will also develop and maintain design guidelines, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across all platforms. You will be a part of the product and strategy team that defines each product's vision, scope, and roadmap.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A portfolio of UX/UI design projects that demonstrate your skills and creativity
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A degree in design, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Fluency in English and Polish

Work arrangements:

• Direct report to the VP of Product & Strategy
• Office/ Hybrid work (4 days in the office in Warsaw)
• B2B contract
