Junior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer you will join the AI team, whose main focus is to develop LLM and computer vision solutions.

You will work with experienced engineers on novel tasks like AI assistants, document analysis, and object detection.

We have a mature development process based on an auto-scaling Kubernetes cluster in the cloud, we track all experiments and metrics in Mlflow, and we put strong focus on best engineering practices.

We keep a startup spirit, so there is no red tape, we have flat structure, and there is lots of room for your initiatives & growth!

Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional experience as Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar position
• Experience with LLM
• Good knowledge of Python
• Good knowledge of PyTorch
• Communicative command of English (both written and spoken)
• Willing to work at least 3 days a week in our Warsaw office

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, MLflow
• Machine learning projects portfolio
• Experience with geospatial data

Responsibilities:

• Build and fine-tune solutions based on LLMs
• Develop new classification and segmentation models
• Design experiments and metrics
• Prepare datasets from our vast data lake
