About the role
Are you a passionate UX Designer with a proven track record in shaping complex enterprise applications? We are looking for a highly skilled and user-centric professional UX/UI Designer to join our cross-functional team in Poland (Remote).
In this pivotal role, you will be the advocate for the user, driving the entire design lifecycle - from initial Design Thinking workshops and user research to final implementation. You will be instrumental in defining the future user experience of our cutting-up-edge B2B web applications, ensuring consistency, usability, and technical feasibility.
What you'll do
Design Strategy & Alignment: Align closely with Product Managers and Engineering Teams on all UX activities and deliverables, spanning the entire discovery-to-delivery phase.
Concept & Creation: Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma to translate user needs, business, and technical requirements into intuitive designs.
Research & Iteration: Plan and execute various user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing) and iterate designs based on research findings and insights.
Collaboration & Handover: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts and prepare final design specifications and handovers within project timelines.
Consistency & Advocacy: Oversee product interdependencies to ensure seamless UX/UI consistency within the product family, while advocating for user-centered design practices across all stakeholder groups.
What we're looking for
Experience: At least 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, specifically within a B2B environment and with complex web applications.
Design Systems: Experience working with design systems and guidelines; knowledge of SAP Fiori design system and UI5 frontend technology is a significant plus.
Methodology: Profound understanding and practical application of the Design Thinking process and other user-centered methodologies.
Research Skills: Proven experience in planning, executing, and presenting insights from user research activities.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and collaboration tools such as Mural or Miro.
Teamwork: Demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional and agile delivery teams, and aligning designs with engineering constraints.
Bonus: German language skills are a plus.
