What you will do
Act as the key HR contact for your location, overseeing onboardings, internal processes, offboardings and addressing location-specific matters;
Think HR as a partner for the business, looking for new ways to conduct processes to add value to the company;
Identify needs on learning, development, culture, satisfaction and engagement + Design, implement and support new initiatives related to satisfying such needs in the locations under your scope;
Participate in growing corporate culture (i.e. organizing corporate events);
Manage and resolve employee relations issues and escalations;
Close and effective cooperation with other departments, including Engineering, Finance and Legal;
Mentor, coach and provide guidance to people managers on company processes;
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Analytics team to develop solutions, programs, and improvement opportunities.
Must haves
1+ years of experience in Human Resources roles;
Upper-Intermediate English (ability to fluently communicate in English);
Highly developed listening and communication skills;
Problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently;
Energetic, proactive and very well-organized person, with a strong sense of ownership;
Demonstrate discretion and judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials;
Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as in general people management tasks;
Experience in dealing with people and facilitating stressful situations.
Nice to haves
Experience in an IT company (Desired);
G Suite tools knowledge;
Experience with HRM systems;
A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
Great will to work with people and bring improvements in the daily life of the company;
