💡 What You'll Do

• Design, iterate, and refine prompts for LLMs to improve reasoning, reliability, and task execution
• Craft multi-step system messages, tool use prompts, and agent instructions across different domains
• Build and fine-tune dedicated AI agents tailored to specific client use cases and industries
• Collaborate closely with developers and clients to align prompts with user needs and product goals
• Run evaluations and tests using models like GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, and others
• Help define best practices for prompt chaining, context windowing, and token optimization
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, reusable prompt templates, and documentation

✅ Requirements

• Strong written communication skills (English fluency required)
• Curiosity about AI reasoning, language, and system design
• Experience with LLMs like GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, DeepSeek (even just through hands-on testing or side projects)
• Basic understanding of concepts like prompt injection, tool use, and RAG
• Bonus: Familiarity with Python, LangChain, or working with API-based AI systems
