Introduction and Summary

We are looking for an experienced ML Engineer to specialize in training voice-to-text models, particularly focused on fine-tuning a Whisper model to better understand Danish language nuances and our company's specific terminology. The ideal candidate will possess not only strong software development skills but also excellent analytical abilities to handle complex datasets. Familiarity with the Danish language is a significant advantage, although not mandatory. We are flexible with the start date, seeking the right candidate for a project expected to last at least six months.

Main Objectives:

• Fine-tune the Whisper model to enhance voice-to-text accuracy for Danish language.
• Collaborate with the AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics teams to develop AI solutions.
• Support ongoing data-driven initiatives in the DSB.
• Work alongside other ML Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers.
• Analyze complex datasets to improve model performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in ML engineering and model training.
• Strong expertise in training voice-to-text models.
• Previous experience fine-tuning A Whisper model.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Danish language
