    Job description

    We’re looking for new team members to help support our internal processes here at Accenture, and we want to hear from individuals who are eager to develop their career, regardless of their experience level! You’ll play a key part in driving accurate processes, process improvements, and automation, developing relationships with key partners, and supporting our many employees globally!


    THE WORK:

    • Primarily front desk duties
    • Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems reported by end-users (remotely)
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support personnel as needed.
    • Learn and apply best practices for system monitoring and performance optimization.
    • Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and expansions
    • Aid end-users with technical inquiries
    • Learn and follow established procedures for user assistance and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver user training on IT tools and procedures.


    HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.
    • Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT area.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.
    • Fluent Polish, English – B2 level.
