THE WORK
Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise storage and backup systems (SAN, NAS, DAS) using technologies such as HPE, PureStorage, Synology, QNAP, Commvault, and Veeam.
Design scalable storage architectures supporting virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
Monitor performance, capacity, and utilization to ensure optimal system operation.
Ensure data protection, replication, and compliance with retention policies.
Troubleshoot storage-related issues and collaborate with system and network teams.
Automate provisioning and monitoring using scripting tools like PowerShell or Python.
Be proactive in skill enhancement and enthusiastic about professional growth through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Thrive on continuous advancement by contributing to infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Proven experience in managing enterprise storage systems (minimum 3 years+).
Hands-on expertise with SAN, NAS, DAS, and backup technologies.
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience designing storage solutions for virtualized environments.
Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Knowledge of compliance standards related to data retention and protection.
