Energy Industry Supply Chain Consultant with ERP Industry Solutions (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

We are looking for Analysts & Consultants with excellent communication skills (English and at least one other language) and the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with the client through sale and delivery. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centres across the globe.

THE WORK:  

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your typical day might include: 

• Supporting our Clients in generating business value from digital solutions powered by SAP and Cloud technologies.
• Helping transform requirements into innovative solutions with harmonized business models, embracing challenges as opportunities.
• Working in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely.
• Coordinating and managing Business & IT Transformation projects, constantly seeking innovation and advancement.
• Gathering functional requirements and creating functional designs.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP systems implementation (SAP/S4, Oracle, MS Dynamics) including solution roadmap, design, testing, project management, data management.
• Alternatively, at least 3 years' experience as an end user in manufacturing, logistics, procurement, sales, or demand planning in the Energy Industry (Upstream, Downstream, Integrated Gas, Oilfield Equipment & Services, New Energies).
• Business process knowledge in at least one of the following fields: P2P, O2C, PM, F2F/OTF.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong team player.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Experience in SAP Industry Solutions for Oil & Gas (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas for Hydrocarbon Supply and Primary Distribution, SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas for Hydrocarbon Management, SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas for Secondary Distribution Management, SAP S/4HANA Oil & Gas for Retail Fuel Network Operations, SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence, SAP Upstream Operations Management (UOM), SAP Asset Manager, SAP Service Parts Planning).
• Knowledge of other foreign language.
