THE WORK:
- Contribute across all phases of projects, including Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, and Accept & Release.
- Leverage your technical expertise to design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, leading development teams (both onshore and offshore) and driving best practice development approaches.
- Provide direction to technical team members, such as developers, test leads, and release managers, concerning solution design and approach, and research non-standard customer issues to offer effective solutions.
- Own the project's technical design and solution development, partnering with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
- Assist in sales activities and planning as required, and contribute to the CRM Talent Community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and supporting less experienced colleagues.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Good communication skills in Polish and English, along with client management and consulting experience.
- Experience with global/offshore teams on CRM technology projects.
- Advanced understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with deep experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing), Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse.
- Extensive experience with configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), as well as experience building PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls and implementing Azure DevOps with Dynamics 365 for CI/CD.
- Solid understanding of relational database concepts, experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, and experience with CRM integration with other systems.

- Hold certifications in PL-600 and MB-600.
