Data Security Consultant / Associate Manager (She/He/They)

Job Description

THE WORK: 

• Work with clients to assess, design, and implement security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. 

• Implement and manage the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). 

• Develop PKI policies, processes, and advice on PKI governance. 

• Design and execute PKI uplift (upgrade, certificate lifecycle management, process adjustments). 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and risk managers, to integrate security into data workflows.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Knowledge of PKI principles and practices, including certificate authorities, key management, and relevant protocols.

• Experience with PKI solution design and implementation, including integration with systems like IAM, VPN, secure email, and code/document signing. 

• Ability to develop and advise on PKI policies, processes, governance, and compliance with standards. 

• Solid understanding of cryptographic leading practices and PKI-related risks, including key compromise, certificate lifecycle issues, and secure algorithm selection. 

• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into PKI architectures and explain complex concepts to varied stakeholders.
