THE WORK:

• Analyze business data and build insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI for various departments.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.

• Develop and optimize data models, custom measures, and calculated columns using DAX.

• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, APIs) and transform it into coherent reporting structures.

• Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format to management and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data quality and effective data collection.

• Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business processes through data-driven insights.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Higher education in IT, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reports development using Power BI.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and DAX.

• Ability to work with SQL and relational databases.

• Experience in preparing and interpreting business reports.

• Understanding of business KPIs (e.g., sales, marketing, finance).

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (pipelines, notebooks) and Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL).

• Programming skills in Python

• Experience integrating data from ERP/CRM systems.

• Knowledge of data modeling and report performance optimization.

• Familiarity with Power Platform services (Power Automate, Power Apps).
