THE WORK:
Analyze business data and build insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI for various departments.
Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
Develop and optimize data models, custom measures, and calculated columns using DAX.
Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Excel, APIs) and transform it into coherent reporting structures.
Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data quality and effective data collection.
Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business processes through data-driven insights.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Higher education in IT, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reports development using Power BI.
Strong proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
Ability to work with SQL and relational databases.
Experience in preparing and interpreting business reports.
Understanding of business KPIs (e.g., sales, marketing, finance).
Analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (pipelines, notebooks) and Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Azure SQL).
Programming skills in Python
Experience integrating data from ERP/CRM systems.
Knowledge of data modeling and report performance optimization.
Familiarity with Power Platform services (Power Automate, Power Apps).
