Join Accenture and help leading organizations design and implement enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies that translate technology investments and organizational transformation into measurable business value. We work at the intersection of business, data and artificial intelligence helping organizations reinvent how they operate and compete. Our teams advise C-suite executives (CEO, CIO, CDO) on how to build strong data foundations, unlock value through analytics and AI (including GenAI), and embed data-driven decision-making into operating models and culture. You will be part of a global community of strategists, working with international experts and top-tier clients across industries, shaping the future of data and AI-powered organizations. 

YOUR IMPACT:

Data & AI Value Realization 

• Define advanced analytics and AI strategies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, aligned with enterprise ambitions and business priorities. 

• Support clients in identifying, prioritizing and scaling AI / GenAI use cases across the value chain.

• Define enterprise analytics and reporting strategies, including KPI frameworks, management information and decision-support models. 

Responsible AI & AI Governance 

• Design and operationalize Responsible AI frameworks, covering ethics, transparency, regulatory compliance and AI risk management. 

• Define AI governance models, including decision rights, controls, accountability structures and model lifecycle oversight. 

Data Foundation & Operating Model 

• Define enterprise data strategies spanning data architecture, Data Mesh and data products concepts, master data, metadata and data quality, as well as data security and privacy. 

• Design and implement Data & AI Operating Models, including data governance structures, roles, processes and ways of working. 

Transformation, Culture & Value 

• Build business cases, investment roadmaps and transformation plans for data and AI initiatives. 

• Drive data-driven culture and adoption, supporting leadership engagement, behavioral change and decision-making transformation. 

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Higher degree (preferred in IT, Data Science, Big Data, Computer Science, Quantitative Methods or related field with excellent academic performance).

• Minimum 1 year of experience for Analyst role and 3 years for Consultant role in strategy consulting, data/AI advisory, technology strategy or related roles.

• Strong understanding of how data and AI enable business transformation and value creation.

• Data & AI Knowledge - solid understanding of tools, frameworks & technologies, within at least one of the following categories: 

  • Cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud, AWS),

  • Machine Learning & AI platforms (e.g. Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI),

  • GenAI/Agentic AI tools (e.g. LangChain, Lovable, AutoGen, Zapier), 

  • Data Catalogs & Metadata Management (e.g. Collibra, Informatica),

  • BI ecosystems (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to translate complex data & AI topics into clear executive-level narratives. 

• Excellent communication skills in English. Additional foreign language (e.g. German, French, Arabic) is a strong asset.

• Collaborative working style and comfort operating in fast-evolving environments.

• Growth mindset, curiosity and strong motivation to solve client challenges.

Working Conditions: 

• Employment contract (umowa o pracę).

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required. 

• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
