THE WORK

You will work across blockchain, application development, and infrastructure, contributing to end‑to‑end solutions built on distributed ledger technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and auditing smart contracts on EVM‑compatible blockchains using Solidity

• Implementing tokenization flows based on standards such as ERC‑20, ERC‑3643, and ERC‑1400

• Building and maintaining web applications with a React frontend and backend services in Python, Java, or Node.js

• Integrating smart contracts with web applications and external systems

• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining Docker‑based development and staging environments

• Integrating with DeFi protocols, on‑chain settlement layers, and payment networks

• Operating and monitoring blockchain nodes and validator infrastructure

• Investigating and resolving complex integration issues across APIs, event‑streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and ledger systems

• Contributing to architecture decisions related to custody, key management, and cross‑chain interoperability

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualification

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Blockchain / DLT

• Hands‑on experience with Solidity on EVM‑compatible chains

• Working knowledge of token standards (minimum ERC‑20)

• Understanding of DeFi concepts such as AMMs, liquidity pools, and on‑chain settlement

Full‑Stack Development

• Experience with at least one frontend framework: React or Angular

• Experience with at least one backend technology: Python, Java, or Node.js

• Ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Practical experience with Docker and docker‑compose

• Ability to independently set up, debug, and maintain multi‑service environments

• Linux command‑line proficiency

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Hyperledger Besu, Canton / DAML, or other enterprise DLT platforms

• Familiarity with digital asset custody solutions (e.g., MPC, HSM, Fireblocks, Taurus)

• Knowledge of Layer‑2 or cross‑chain solutions (e.g., CCIP, IBC)

• Experience with Kafka or other event‑streaming platforms

• Understanding of stablecoin architectures and payment network integrations

• Experience operating blockchain nodes or validator infrastructure at scale
