Senior Vue.js Engineer

Your main responsibilities for this position will be:

• Develop user-facing applications using Vue.js
• Build modular and reusable components and libraries
• Optimize your application for performance
• Implement automated testing integrated into development and maintenance processes
• Stay up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and Vue.js space
• Keep an eye on security updates and issues found with Vue.js and all project dependencies
• Propose any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Extensive hands-on experience with Vue.js, Vue Router, Vuex, and other tools in the Vue ecosystem
• Understanding of server-side rendering, its benefits, and use cases
• Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js (an advantage)
• Knowledge of modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and ES6/7
• Experience with modern web build pipelines and tools, including Babel, Webpack, npm, etc.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
