Tech Lead (.Net + Frontend)

About the project

We are looking for a Tech Lead with .Net and Frontend skills (React/Vue,js preffered) for our client from construction industry. This Danish company operates in over 40 countries and is known for its innovative, energy-efficient solutions and high-quality premium products.

The organization is reorganizing its teams and processes. The technology environment is hybrid, combining on-premises infrastructure with Azure-based solutions, including AKS, Terraform, Helm, GitHub, and Azure DevOps. The current setup involves multiple environments, many of which are still undocumented, so part of the work involves improving infrastructure visibility and documentation.

100% remote work (with occasional visits in Warsaw once every couple of weeks).

Job responsibilities

• Lead the design of software solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, supporting their growth and ensuring consistent coding practices.

• Own and manage the technical quality of team deliverables, including code reviews, testing standards, and performance optimizations.

• Act as a bridge between engineering and product, helping translate functional requirements into technical tasks and design choices.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes & tooling.

• Help resolve complex technical issues, unblocking the team when challenges arise.

• Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, or frameworks that support the team’s mission.

• Ensure that documentation and technical knowledge sharing are in place and up to date.

Expectations

• Proven experience as a senior software engineer or technical lead, with deep hands on coding skills.

• Strong proficiency in the team’s core tech stack (.NET, Typescript/JavaScript, Vue.js, Nextjs, React, Next.js).

• Experience with modern software architecture, including microservices, cloud platforms, and APIs.

• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of architecture at various levels (enterprise / solution / application).

• The ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams (PL/DK/IN) is essential.
