Sitecore CMS Platform Developer

We are currently seeking a CMS Platform Developer to join a forward-thinking digital organization operating within the technology sector. This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated developer passionate about scalable, secure, and high-performing CMS solutions. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Sitecore-based platform in close collaboration with architects, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams.

Work Mode: hybrid from Warsaw or 100% remote

Project Start Date: August 2025

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain components of the Sitecore CMS platform

Collaborate with architects and product teams to deliver business-aligned technical solutions

Participate in the design, implementation, and deployment of CMS features with a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability

Build and maintain reusable components and libraries to support multiple business domains

Integrate Sitecore with external systems and APIs (e.g., CRM, payment gateways, search services)

Support platform capabilities related to Observability, IAM, and FinOps through automation and best practices

Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation in line with internal standards

Provide mentorship and support to junior developers within the team

Expectations

Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer

Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET platform

Solid understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices

Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
