About the Project

Currently we are looking for Senior UI/UX Designer who will join a team working on projects related to HCM system. Your main tasks will be maintaining, enhancing and supporting the design system. This role involves collaborating with designers and developers to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across digital products. You will also provide guidance on design components, documentation, and best practices while assisting teams in implementing the system effectively. 

60% UI / 40% UX

Work Mode: remote (with occasional travels to Warsaw or Copenhagen - once/quarter)

Duration of the project: longterm

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the design system to ensure consistency across all products
• Collaborate with designers and developers to support the effective use of design components and guidelines
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for components, design patterns, and usage guidelines

Expectations

• Min. 4 years of experience on a similar position
• Hands-on experience working with design systems and UI/UX design, including mobile platforms, using tools like Figma
• In-depth understanding of design fundamentals, accessibility standards, and close collaboration with frontend teams
• Sharp attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled at articulating design decisions and producing clear, thorough documentation
• Previous experience applying UX design methods in an agile, product-driven environment
• Experience in international environment
• English on an advanced level (min. C1)
