The project operates within the Technical Operations business domain, which covers key processes related to product development, manufacturing, supply, and overall quality assurance. This domain includes not only operational workflows but also all IT products supporting each stage.
Engagement: long‑term cooperation
Location: 100% remote from Poland
Responsibilities
Ensuring Scrum is properly understood and adopted by the team, according to Scrum theory, practices, and rules,
Coordinating all Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective,
Leading additional coordination and status meetings, including 1:1 sessions with PO and key stakeholders,
Planning and coordinating PI Planning Events,
Verifying feasibility of requirements with the development team,
Delivering training and coaching sessions (e.g., Jira usage),
Monitoring development and sprint progress,
Overseeing Release scope and coordinating its execution with BA, developers, and testers,
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and enabling constructive feedback exchange,
Collaborating with the Delivery Manager on development and testing‑related topics,
Supporting the System Owner/Product Owner/DM in impediment removal,
Coordinating development team activities and ensuring timeline alignment,
Communicating project status to the System Owner/Product Owner/DM,
Managing project risks and escalating them to the Delivery Manager when needed.
Requirements
Extensive experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and/or Agile Coach,
Broad knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and ability to blend them with other project management approaches,
Experience working with software development projects,
Ability to tailor the execution approach, methodology, or framework (Agile, Lean, DevOps) to business needs and coach teams accordingly,
Ability to lead and execute complex processes such as migration between Jira projects and adapting ways of working to new Jira workflows,
Ability to form squads with appropriate skills and capabilities to deliver business value,
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills,
Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities,
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to deliver under pressure,
Ability to quickly identify dependencies and synergies across system components and work items,
Scrum Master certification is a plus
