SAP BTP Architects/Technical Developers

We are looking for SAP BTP Architects/Technical Developers to support a global, highly regulated life‑science organization known for its strong digital focus and quality‑driven culture. You will join a major transformation program enhancing SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP landscapes in a validated (GxP), dynamic, and business‑critical environment with a strong emphasis on scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Work mode: 100% remote

Job responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-based solutions on SAP BTP.

• Independently translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SAP platforms.

• Work in a validated system environment, including documentation, testing, and end‑to‑end solution verification.

• Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA business stakeholders to understand processes and build domain knowledge.

• For lead roles: demonstrate general understanding of Logistics and Finance processes.

Expectations

• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP, including:

- Build Process Automation (BPA) – workflow development

- SAP UI5 – real front‑end development

- CAP – service development

- HANA Cloud – database modeling and development

• Strong technical architecture understanding of SAP BTP: subaccounts, destinations, role collections, security, OAuth, and connectivity.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA business processes.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications independently.

• Experience working in a validated or regulated environment (GxP), including documenting and testing solutions end‑to‑end.

• Ability to collaborate with and report to non‑technical teams.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
