Salesforce Marketing Cloud Application Consultant

About project

Currently we are looking for an experienced SFMC Consultant to join a project from logistics industry. You will join an international team working on projects related to global commercial IT products.

Possibility of remote work with occasional visits to Gdańsk office.

Tasks

• Designing, optimizing, and overseeing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution for notifications, messaging, and various customer service initiatives
• Working closely with product teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration between Marketing Cloud and other platforms, including Service Cloud
• Leveraging Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Transactional Messaging, Data Cloud, and other tools to develop solutions tailored to business needs
• Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer journeys
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to maintain platform efficiency and reliability
• Keeping up to date with SFMC advancements and industry best practices
• Proactively ensuring optimal use of available tools, maximizing platform capabilities for each specific use case

Requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, messaging strategies, and data-driven customer experiences
• Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and develop innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English on an advanced level (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
