About the project

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Oracle Platform Architect to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions making sure that we utilize our Oracle Platform to fit the needs of our organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, and effective communication to ensure successful system solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the integration of systems, applications, and processes to optimize our operations and support our growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud, particularly Oracle Fusion Applications ERP & HCM, and a proven track record of collaboration and innovation. This position plays a key role in enabling this platform by ensuring coherent implementations across different programs.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud.

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of data and integrations from an Oracle perspective.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in migration projects is a plus.

• Ability to balance Oracle-focused solutions with other technological approaches.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The platform architect will work across multiple programs in a complex stakeholder landscape requiring strong stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Tasks

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on ERP and HCM functionalities.

• Secure a common global business solution design including local legal requirements

• Collaborate closely with other architects and product owners to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.

• Work across multiple business units to drive reusability and scalability of the Oracle Cloud Platform.

• Provide expertise in cloud usage and migration strategies for Oracle Cloud.

• Maintain a focus on Oracle solutions while being open to integrating other technologies and approaches.
